(Makes 6 Servings)
1 package (25 to 27 count frozen cheese
1 jar (28 oz.) chucky tomato pasta sauce
1 pound bag of combo vegetables
(broccoli, green beans, pearl onions and
red bell peppers)
2 -15oz. can white kidney beans
1/4 cup shredded fresh parmesan cheese
In your 5 quart Healthy Life Dutch oven, cook and drain the ravioli as directed on the package.
While the ravioli is cooking, combine the vegetables, pasta sauce and kidney beans in your Healthy Life
3 quart saucepan over medium low heat covered with the vapor valve closed. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or
until the vegetables are tender.
"To serve, pour sauce over the ravioli
and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.
Warm French bread makes
an excellent addition."
